Buying A Main Account

Im here today to purchase a new rs account (obviously) for RL cash. Unlike most people on here im not after an uber level 138 with 10 Gazillion gp i would much rather an account with things still left to achieve. Im looking for a cb level of no lower than 105 (f2p) though. High summoning would tempt me as would Decent Melle, Prayer and Magic stats.

Quest points dont matter to me but would prefer an account with the following quests completed (hate questing):

1. Recipe for Disaster
2. Lunar Diplomacy
3. Desert Treasure

The ammount of cash on the account i would like is around 25-50m (NO MORE THAN 50).

The way we will trade is whoever is least trusted (in terms of join date post count and vouches) will go first. I dont like mm (Scam alarms are probally ringing) because i feel the more people involved the higher chance of going wrong.

I will pay through paypal or post the cash.
