well, if your correct, you submitted an appeal, i submitted an appeal, and juju submitted an appeal, then appealing it would be much slower, because the more appeals the slower it will be (stated in runescape when tracking appeals)

So even if you did appeal( which you obvioiusly didnt), it wouldnt be 30 minutes
