Need help.

Okay so this guy and me traded accounts. I change email and pass, and i set new recoveries. Now the account is locked (he tried getting it back). The account was a member, but he doesnt know membership pin. He wont be trying to get it back. I only know an old pass, the current pass, and the email. Im unlocking it, but IDK if its enough. Please help.

 

you should have added your IP that you play from and first password. Always wrosk.

 

I didnt get the acc i traded back, im recovering the acc that he traded to me.

 

He might not have tried to recover it.

Accounts can get locked if the IP addresses are clearly different and you login from different IP addresses in a short amount of time.

As for the recovery, you should be able to get it back with all the information (considering that... the information he gave you is correct).

That is alot of information if you set a pin i doubt he can get back because he would be missing alot of information. keep us updated if you would like.

The account creation details and original ip address are going to keep you from recovering the account. This has happened to me before.

 

Not necessarily... I've purchased accounts and have had success recovering them only with the recovery information provided (excluding recovery questions).

 

You should have a chat with the original owner and see if you can work something out?

IDK i might get the account. It's still pending.

One question - if the account is locked, will it be locked forever if no-one can recover it? Or will the account just become unlocked like after 2 weeks?

 

just recover it with EMail
