btw Dont ask this is my friends account but he really needs some help. He is perm banned and needs a good appeal. Also I know that 99% of appeals arent read but help me out here.

He deserves to be perm banned for saying something like that.

Just say someone else accessed the account.

 

Make something up, or say something random, they usually work

 

say someone logged on your account ? unless the account got logged on at different IP
or jagex will not take it

 

For something like that he deserves it....

 

Same, even without saying the last part, he still deserves for just being retarded.
