RSC Replica private server?

I've been looking through a few RSC private servers and they all seem to have new features added that I don't like (PKing stuff, new areas or lack of content)

I was wondering if there are any RSC private servers that are exactly (or VERY close) to the legit RSC servers. I do have an original RSC account and I do play it on the real website, but I really want to go back and do some noob quests over again, get the feeling of starting over, you know?

So if there are any servers like this please let me know.

Also are there any RSC Beta servers? I'm talking like 1999-2000 era.

Well there are a few reasons that no one makes this kind of server. P servers are edited to keep the focus on one place so it will be more populated, as opposed to players roaming an empty map. Another reason is because making a proper exp rate causes the player to lose interest before they start PKing, and then the pkers get really bored and quit. Then with the lag of players, theres no fun in it. And most do not have quests because people merely don't want to code it. You see the only thing that is actually stolen is the client, but the server has to be recoded which takes a very long time. And with only about 300 rsc players left, many people dont think its worth it.

Why bother, real rsc is coming back in a little while lawlz.

 

RSC is being developed by RS2 developers that are probably the worst they have (hence making them do RSC stuff). It'll be rubbish. PID's will be back, botters everywhere, no sharing banks, and so on. People who purcahse servers won't have the ability to edit the server, as in editing code, so it'll be just like RSC with silly 'cheat' rules (if the admin has selected that).

I genuinely do think private servers will continue to dominate. It'll be an advertising fest though.

Anyway, come and try RSCEmulation. We're a semi-replica RuneScape Classic private server but have done subtle tweaks, making RuneScape Classic even better. I genuinely think we're one of the best RSC private servers out there.
