How to: Post images on forums and myspace, etc.

This guide was created by Dalpra and his own resources, if anyone is found plagiarizing this guide on sythe.org or any other website, They will be reported and ultimately banned.

This guide is just going to a be a simple one on how to post images on forums, MySpace etc. My inspiration to make this guide was from a friend because he had no idea as to how to do it.

Step 1: Choosing the picture you want to upload.

First of all, before uploading or doing anything, you have to choose the picture you want to upload. As an example I have chosen this picture for the guide.

Now you have many options. First of all, choose the type of file you’re going to upload, whether it be an image a video or a url. Once you have done that click choose. You should come up to a page similar to this.

Obviously, Your picture section might not anything like mine, or you may end up on a different page. You have to guide yourself to were the picture, url or video that you have chosen to upload is. I happened to save mine into the picture section. Once you have done that, click on the picture you wish to upload.

Now, you have a couple of options. Choosing the website to upload your picture. I strongly recommend using www.tinypic.com simply because you don't need to sign up. However there are other websites such as www.photobucket.com and www.imageshack.usOnce you visit a website (I'll be using tinypic in this guide) You should come across a page similar to this.

Now that you have uploaded it you should come across a page similiar to this.

Now you have also many options.

The first rectangle has HTML codec in it,HTML codec is typically used to post a picture on MySpace and Facebook. To do this, edit your MySpace or Face book page and post the html code in it.

The second rectangle has IMG codec in it, IMG codec is typically used to post a picture on a forum, such as Sythe. I've been using the codec throughout this guide and it is how I've made it.

The third rectangle is used, obviously, for viewing the picture online through an internet browser.

The fourth rectangle is used for layouts and I’m not going to go into anymore details on how to use it for layouts because I feel that it is unnecessary.

    Thanks for reading my guide.

Kinda basic and you could have cropped the pictures a bit better... You may want to work on the layout and grammar in the text... That would make it much easier to read... Also you want to cut out the non important words and sentences in the text... It just gives the reader extra to read that they do not really need to.

Pretty simple guide and i'm pretty sure this has been done on numerous occasions. You might also want to reffer people to other websites such as imageshack incase they cant access tinypic. Pictures and guide is decent but a very simple and played out concept.
