Ok so I sold some of my accounts for 200$ and the guy could only send an e-check, once this processes do I still have to claim and cancle or is it un-charggebackable? Or what's the deal with e-checks?

 

E-checks are basically getting money from the senders bank account and sending it to yours. No matter what wait until it clears, which simply means he had enough money on his bank accounts, otherwise it's the same as any paypal payment, which can all be reversed.
