Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

- So I made a previous dispute request, which was reviewed by Yoshiki, who fairly stated that because I said it MAY be because I logged into my account on my uni computer, and the accounts were linked via 2 home IP addresses that the ban was applied correctly.

- The reason that this is inaccurate is because we all use portable laptops, which we take home on a regular basis (especially during COVID) to attend lectures/seminars/complete coursework. Said laptops have been used previously by other students, as we are required to hand them back in at the end of our degree course.

- Not only that, but I also used to have two flat mates around 6-7 weeks ago who we shared similar interest around OSRS and on occasion we used the same device to log into Sythe accounts on (please refer back to IP audits on the accounts and this should be backed up).

- I would also like to draw the attention to a recently made thread on my account, which included a survey around if people would be more likely to trade if I was a $100 donor, meaning I am here to conduct honest business, unlike the accounts which I have unfortunately been linked to.

I understand there is a certain level of diligence required to keep users safe, however it was not myself who owned both "Joseph Clem" & "Swanny" I have sold a few accounts on other platforms and upon request can show the positive reviews received off the back of this. I use osrs to help with costs of University and truly hope this can be properly looked into.
