I'm finally unblocked... Really you guys couldn't do any better than that?

 

proxies are always slower, and if done incorrectly gets you banned if you happen to match up with someone else.

Anyways the point was how long it took. Shouldn't there be someone unblocking them like every day?

Maybe a new addition to things for the site like you can put your ip on a white list so you won't get black listed.

 

Did it ever occur to you that maybe sythe didn't want to unblock you? <.< All you do is whine.

Just use a proxy and don't log in. <.< Or make a dispute to remind Sythe.

Mine got unblocked within 2 hours.

I think it's a valid idea to have someone who would add members to a white list, but it would have to be kept up daily, and frankly, that's a lot of work. I would just stick to using a proxy to PM someone and let them know your IP and that you're blocked, I know it's not the greatest system, and quite slow, but it should get the job done.

 

Certainly mod's and key members of the community should be whitelisted.

 

Same. I finally got unblocked too. After 1 1/2 months as well. Something should be done about this I.p blocking.

 

I've been I.P blocke 2 times before and both were around A week each, I just used random proxies, but each only lasted like 30 minutes and then that too would be blocked so I just gave up and checked to see if I was still blocked every second day.

I'm not all that familiar with why people are being I.P blocked is it becuse their address matches up with someone who was banned or something else?

Whitelist members who mean two shits to the site. Case closed.

Don't whitelist everyone, alot of people end up banned anyway.
