Usfine reps.

can we have clarification of who is a rep;

there are people with no rank claiming they are.

 

Yeah ive seen like 3 people without the USfine rep sign below their name. Are they actually reps or fakes?

 

Yup and i've seen some asking for order id's and shit i dont know what you can do with them but i don't think it's good giving them to 'strangers'

 

Ok, i'm no rep of any site lol.. but the order ID's and stuff, if your complaining about an order or something they use the ID # to track your purchase/if it was completed/paid for and get information about it etc.

If WoW iS Fun fun or w/e if a rep why doesnt he have a "US Fine Representative" tag.

 

Exactly so i could theoreticly make an account called 'usfinephil', go on a thread where there is a complaint ask for the order id, then go onto usfine live chat and ask to cancell that order.

this would lead to confusion and eventually a complaint thread on sythe claiming usfine to be scammers.

jcash I see what your saying, and there is a USFine rep who has a tag, as for the rest, if they are imposture as USFine they should be banned/IP Banned.

And if you cancel your order I'm sure you would get refunded? and if not instead of some one just posting on sythe 'USFINE ARE SCAMMERS >_<" If they straightened something like that out in the live chat it might go different

The only time I had to give my order ID was to get my password, and they said "your new pass was sent to your email" so I think it's pretty much scam proof but maybe causing confusion.

 

It would cause a bit of chaos is what i'm saying.

 

Anyone can pretend to be Usfine currently. Look at Sythe's sticky for the correct reps.

Or there should be one account with the rank and all the reps be given the password.

Bottom line, if you need help dont give your ID # to randoms, unless a rep tag or just go to the live chat on site/email them..

...he is, he just got his rank taken away. He's volunteering from America to help sort out their Live Chat and website with better English etc. Since he's paid for this, I'd classify him as a usfine rep - he's helped me with shit.
