I have to say, I talked with this guy and he seemed to exude the scammer-persona

For one, when I asked him about the xbox live cards, he immediately advised me to get it online right at the moment. And that he could start the transaction right then and there.

Second, when I told him I would simply think about it and get back to him, he swore at me.

If you want to believe anything, believe that he is very unprofessional.
