Ranging alone is useless. You're going to need 40 attack and a high strength level if you want to at least have the potential to be an efficient pker.

 

Train at rock crabs its proven but at such a low level its preference what stats to get.

 

If you are only f2p, I would actually suggest Barbarian Village, I got 20-40 in no time there, no money really. For the moneymaking, perhaps try to start runecrafting.

 

you need the ko factor. Train strength..

 

Troll stronghold's best imo until 60-70 ranged, find monsters that fit you.

 

Range is only good for p2p or f2p clans. If I were you i would become range/2her, they fucking pwn

 

Train in the security stronghold
work your way down but don't only train range

 

try becoming p2p ranger,

use knives then K0 with a corrupt dragon jav

its pretty cheap
