Feedback On tr1bal.

He is wonderful at GFX. And he was a great addition to staff.

He helps users daily, and today, he designed some of my website.

I think his hard work and dedication deserves a global moderator position soon.

I disagree. Although he is doing a fine job as is, I don't believe it warrants a promotion to global.

I 100% agree with this. I PM'd T R 1 B A L today asking him about Graphics. He replied very quickly and helped me out alot. Any other Graphics Moderator would of ignored my PM.

He's amazing!

 

T R 1 B A L is brave and doesn't afraid of anything. Global for him!

 

tr1bal should be global. He is a cool person. Very active. I think he is one of the more active mods around.

He had me banned from the spam forum for reporting things against the rules.. He also mods with emotion.. Interesting I say!

He also told me not to get offended when someone laughed at my Mom being dead in the spam forum.

Supposedly "everything's a joke" there and I take things too seriously

He's a very selective mod, quality in his current position but not global material.

 

I'd appreciate serious feedback rather than personal accounts, but if you want the reply to that, I requested a forum ban for you reporting things in the spammer section that weren't spamming, reporting things that are allowed in the rules, etc etc.

As for modding with emotion, I think that's much rather the administrator's business than yours, if they see my moderating unfit then they can act upon it.

You're right but it's my personal experience with you. That's the only correct way to offer feedback.. based on personal experience.

You're certainly a quality mod but I don't think you deserve an upgrading in the next promos. I can think of much more fit people:

Heaven, [N]ick, Darcy, Chase etc.

I would agree that he is one of the more active graphic moderators that I've seen in my tenure.

 

I think he does a very good job at moderating his sections and doing some reports.

With that said, I do have to say that he is quite biased. I know it's difficult keeping out all bias since we all have opinions, but I think more effort needs to be placed on being more fair.

I'm not sure what it is with you people and wanting sectionals promoted every week.

 

I'm against his moderation even, nevermind giving a promotion,

I logged off for a few hours, logged back on sythe to see 2 new messages, the first one;

"please remove your sig or i will have to infract you."

the second one;

"you have recieved an infraction at sythe.org!"

What aload of bullshit, I didn't even get chance to change it! it must of been like a centimetre too big or something, does he use a ruler?

I've seen kids with sigs alot bigger than mine, yet nothing happens.

In my eyes he can curl up and die, I HATE him with a passion for infracting me, I wouldn't care if he left it a day, but after I was offline and didn't have the chance to change it?

I disputed and within 2 minutes he replied "Denied." Just as i thought.

Give the Global to someone worth it such as [N]ick or Chase.

 

I like tr1bal, and of course, sometimes he messes up on infractions, but they are reversed.

He is a quality moderator, he does some reports, and keeps his sections cleaned.

Of course, [N]ick is doing great, but he just got promoted, we have to give it some time before we learn to trust someone with a higher position on the board.

Your very lucky he didn't infract you when he first saw it. He has permission to infract you when he first see's it. He gave you a break. If you think it was a error infraction, then dispute it. But honestly, in the Official Sythe Rules, you receive a infraction the second a mod sees the sig too big. He did give you a break, you were just too late.

 

[N]ick certainly deserves it more than Tribal.. Tribal is a GFX mod. He's not fit for moderating the market, one of the main parts of this site.

I'm hoping on a [N]ick/Darthatron/Eugene/Chase global upgrade but we'll see what happens.

I agree, Dani does a great job managing his section and he's sexy.

[n]ick just got modded a little more than a month ago. At least give him 2 more months before you give him a higher position.
