    Recent News: UPDATED THE FORUMS. All threads posted as recent as January 5th have been put up.

    Special thanks to Mod Mark H for encouraging me to re-upload the forums!


    As many of you may already know, player moderators on Runescape have their own forums not accessible by normal Runescape players filled with confidential information. I have taken the liberty of ripping the forums and uploading it to my own host. The first page of all the threads on the 1st page of each section is viewable, I did not rip the entire forums as the file would be way too large and it would take way too long.

    as of august 7th, 2006, the jmods are once again considering pmod recommendations, but PLEASE be thoughtful in any name you put forward, and please wait until you've been pmodding for at least a month.

    at this time, any pmod with at least a month of pmodding experience is invited to send a pmod query containing the names of their recommendations. (note, the names should not be posted in the pmod forums.)

    please do very carefully consider who you recommend. just because you enjoy their company doesn't mean they'd make a good pmod. here are some confidential criteria to consider:

    - length of service (NOT stats)
    - history of behaviour (snaps against)
    - history of service (snaphots sent in)
    - security of account
    - quality of queries
    - typing and grammer
    - character

    players who you recommend should not know that they have been recommended. in fact, non-pmods should not even be aware that we can make recommendations. for some hints on how to deal with players asking to be recommended, see mentor/"answer confidential questions?"     whether or not one of your recommendees is actually invited is confidential information between them and jagex. if they are invited and accept, you'll be able to find their name in the pmod list.
