They are the same person, scamming the same account.
Seller147 already got banned for scamming with that account.

Deniuxx sent me pictures of this account, and tried to sell it to me for 1 Runescape membership pin.



In all his threads he is selling that account.

You can see in the thread where Seller147 got reported that the screenshot is of Seller147 / Deniuxx trying to sell this account from the same MSN. But now with another name, as he got banned last time.
