Ban evading - Havokk

This account "Reasoned" on Sythe was banned for whatever reason. Here is a post by "Reasoned" http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=651215 it clearly shows him admitting his gamertag is "Reasoned".

That is a thread by Havokk selling the same gamertag, "Reasoned". He even said it is his first account, so I naturally am assuming he is the banned person on Sythe by the name of "Reasoned".
