Help with my wifi?

I just got myself a new computer, but instead of getting another internet connection for it I bought a belkin n+ router. I thought since it was a $90 router it'd give me a decent connection, apparantly not. I'm getting two bars on my other computer and I can't really do anything on the internet with it.

Pretty much I'm just looking for advice on what I should get to help get a better connection. I was thinking about getting this thing: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009MYSHU/ref=ox_ya_os_product

Is that a good idea? Any other products you know of? Any help is appreciated.
