new way to get fast melee xp

I don't get it...all your doing is using a prayer..

 

He turns the prayer on for a better hit, than he turns it off. Better xp per hit, no pray used.

Old method though.

 

Oh, that requires constant attention, I try not to do that when I play runescape.

 

So this is exactly like what people do at aviansies. You flash your pray on and off, if you time it right you won't use any pray.

its old but most ppl usually use it for pro from melee

i think i was one of the first ppl to start using it for ult str/chiv/piety

it really speeds things up
