About the Info, Just so you know it doesnt take 4 days ever. 3 Days Maximum thats when its a Lock appeal. 24 hours maximum on any other but usually within 6 hours. And it doesnt matter how fast it happens all that is, is that Jagex looked at your appeal quicker than usual. Anyway back to point ill offer $20 but i wont go any higher.
