How To Make Caramel Very Easy.

Hey guys, Ok I love caramel so I have decided I would make a guide on how to make caramel in very easy steps!
Serves: 4

TAKE NOTE: THIS IS NOT REAL CARAMEL, ITS MORE OF A TOFFEE TYPE SUBSTANCE! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE IF YOU HAVE ALEGIES TO SUGAR! THIS IS ALSO JUST THE WAY I MAKE CARAMEL, THERE ARE OTHER WAYS! BUT THIS IS PROBALLY THE EASIEST!

INGREDIENTS!

3 table spoons of brown/white sugar. (Preferably brown)


And, 2 table spoons of butter or margarine.





Once you have the ingredients put the sugar and butter into one large microwavable bowl, then stir until the mixtures are combined.

Next put the picture into the microwave on high for 5-10 minutes, make sure you get the right colored caramel. (You should know what color it is).

Then once it is ready stir, and place the caramel onto what ever you want!

Enjoy!

It should look abit like this when it is finished.
(Maybe a few more lumps)

It seems like you would need more than just those ingredients to make caramel, I will make and post results later. Thanks.

Also in your picture with 1/4 cup of water, it looks like your water is above a cup?

 

And yes, I was in a rush so I just googled the image that's all I could find I guess the cup is quarter filled though.

 

Hmm, interesting. I may try this later, I love Caramel.

 

Tried it, but it looked nothing like caramel. Looked like yellow water..

 

You must of did somthing wrong, I will try again tomorrow when I buy some more brown sugar, I dont have any at the moment.

I may need to change the ingriedents, as I last made it over 5 months ago.

 

Well I did it with white sugar not brown but I don't think that would make the difference. It stayed in liquid form and did not turn into anything similar looking to caramel. I was very dissapointed.

Ok, do NOT add water, because it was so long ago I did this I forgot.

The ingredients are in-fact easier.


It's 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 or 2 tablespoons of butter for a small amount of caramelized substance. Enjoy I will update the guide now.

 

Ok, so I do everything except the water and it should come out like caramel?
