Explanation of the trade: Was selling 10b "apparently" in 2b chunks. Traded 2b over, we sent 860$ but coinbase was giving issues and came up payment failed, coinbase was spinning @ loading for several minutes and would not send. Finally when payment finally sent it turns out the first payment did send and he was paid twice. User went missing after this and refuses to refund.
