What is the BEST site to buy Gold/Items/PowerLeveling from?

I'm just looking for personal experiences with sites to try and get a feel for the best site for me to buy about 15mil from, as well as my permanent supplier. I would really appreciate ALL stories, good or bad, from EVERY site you have tried.

I've heard too much controversy about USFine, I hear of accounts being banned and bad experiences all the time. On the contrary, I've heard of people getting "random" bonuses of a lot more than they expected as well as it going very smooth and quick.

How long do they take, mills per hour?

 

Really I've tried USFine, MMONice, Guy4Gold and I'd give them all a 3/10.
I know a lot of people have had problems with Gold4RS when they were Sythe's sponsor but honestly I ordered a total of 25 Million from them last month and didn't have a problem.

I've ordered from a few other websites but most were about 2 years ago so the reviews wouldn't be relevant now.

I hate to say it but if you're looking for someone safe, from my person experience it's best to stick with Sythe (I've never had my account banned from ordering through a Sythe seller).

I've never had a problem with USFine, but as for gold there may be people on here selling cheaper then USFINE or any site... And you'll probably get it in half the time.
