    anyone can get your ip address by getting you to click a link. its very easy to be honest... now getting your IP from runescape? highly unlikely.. unless they log in and it says last logged in by: your.ip.address.here

    Most popular ways are sending fake picture links on irc, but i availed i was given admin on sigil seekers [a corp clan dont know if its still around] but like 10000s of pkers registered on the site because corps good cash, he got tons of i.ps from there.

    Ok, so say they have your IP address. How would they know which account you are using?

    Or is it just that they target particular people, like the ones they have the IP address to

    knowing ur ip address, they can send viruses and keyloggers which can steal all info u have on ur accounts
