New Skill Soon?

Is there a new skill coming out soon? There max total was 2376, but now it says 2377 yet no skill has been announced yet.

 

Hmm thats interesting, everyones always talking about sailing but i really hope its not..... i'd much prefer a new combat style skill or something.

 

Maybe a bug on the hiscores with the new engine update or something. And a mods already confirmed that sailing is not planned ATM.

I heard it has someting to do with wands, i dont think its true cause there is already magic =/

Mod MMG confirmed in that jagex thing sailing will never be a skill. And he also confirmed a skill will come out in 2010

on the runescape home page, they say a skill will be added later on next year

Interesting, but I'd just like to point out skills aren't player select, and +1 would not constitue a new skill seeing as how max is 99.. Mayb you get a pretty bonus point for being maxed out though

 

thats soo stragne I agree probably just glitch with all the new updates

 

the skill is like necromancy its a mix between summoning and your combat thats what mods have been telling me ingame and on forums to. And btw sailing would be a sick skill I don't know whaty ou kdis are saying tbph.
