Scammer paypal account with $45 on it is limited. From what I can see user made a charge back from usfine...and they got the account limited. GF scammer

Belive it or not the scammer said 'just unlimit it' (meaning i have to add my bank to his paypal = lol?)

Also note the OP editied thier post to say both accounts are limited LOL.

limited accounts... the money cannot be used untill you wait 6 months for it to transfer to your bank card unless you have a bank card then theres no point.
