    No probably not each company has their own sim card and frequency they use, it is possible to check if it is unlockable which only some phones can it be done on and it ISN'T cheap. For instance a tmobile phone or cingular to use with eachother, look online to check it out.

    Yea. You can easily jailbreak the phone. I'm sure the voyager can be jailbroken but don't know bout the others.

    Unlocking a phone IS cheap. As long as the phones are GSM, you can use them on all carriers that have GSM Sim Cards such as T-Mobile and AT&T. I don't think the voyager is GSM so it's probably limited to Verizon and possibly Sprint.

    Anyway, I talked to this guy before and I almost bought his phones, except we disagreed on prices. Best of luck to whoever buys them. :)
