    Help with some problems im facing.
    Ok so the bottomline is I have had this problem for aslong as I can remember. Basically im really scared of heights and i always sweat alot when im above ground a couple feet like 10 -. Also im very shaky and my hands shake when i hold glass ware or they just dont stay still. How can i get rid of these problems.

    face your problems and overcome them..sitting there wont do you any good.

    Mate, it's not spam. To put it into more detail for you,
    start facing your heights by standing on small heights then gradually getting bigger heights. Just a tip.
