Apparently RSC is a weiiird game (he's only level 3).

He only started playing RuneScape in Jan 2005, not surprising.

you used to be able to go on runescape classic if u paid for a normal membership. therefore it is possible for him to have played on classic. They have changed that now though.

 

That is a correct statement, i was thinking same thing.

Rs2 came out 2004 thus rsc account's was no longer makable during 2004.

RSC f2p was open until August 2005. Then it became p2p only. In January 2006, Jagex closed RSC to new members and banned 5000 people. The remaining people who had played between August 2005 - January 2006 are still able to play.

Before anybody tells me you have to log in every 6 months that's just bullshit. I've had multiple accounts that hadn't been logged in for 2 years or more and still can play. When Jagex made the "six month rule" they only meant it for the period of August 2005 - January 2006.
