Waterfiends are level 115. You'll need to pray against them, but they attack using magic and ranged. It was a rather silly recommendation from MiM3 there.

I would fight either Fire Giants or Moss Giants if I were you, but Waterfiends would be alright if you're willing to dosh out some cash on prayer potions and still eat. I guess.

Depends what charms you want, you could try cockroach soldiers, they drop alot,

There are safespots for Fire Giants, as explained here:

 

I'd suggest safespot ranging/maging, different monsters depending on what charms you want -

Gold - fire giants in waterfall
Green - Blood velds in slayer tower
Crimson - Black dragons drop a fair amount in 3's
Blue - nothing specific really.

 

you can range hellhounds, fire giants they drop a decent amount. and i think theres a spot to range bloodvelds.

 

Ice warriors=epic gold charms, gl.

 

falador guards for gold you cannon them and they drop them like 80% of the time i got 32-46 from them

 

Quest requires def.



and to OP, ide just kill iron dragons for visage chance. they also drop plentyful charms.
