Explanation of the trade: A 2k total account on payment plan, 650$ total in 3 instalments, 216$ each time. First payment 1 jul. We agreed on the second payment to be on 30.07, he failed to meet that deadline and has been fairly none responsive.
How they scammed: Failed to, deliver payment at the agr3ed upon time.

I've just come to learn that you @LUDDE have already recovered the account

 

Per the TOS he has already lost it, but i am willing to the return the acc should he pay the full payment of 434$. As he has already failed one date i do not trust him to finish payments without further complications thus possibly loseing me money and time.
