Not to be too rude but I'm probably the best java coder here which isn't really very tough. I'll write small projects but don't depend on me because my services aren't 100% certain.

 

I doubt you are the best java coder. Anyway your thread isn't very friendly and I doubt you will get many hits from it. :\

I expected a response like this. Whether or not I get hits doesn't matter; it is the people ignoring this that are at loss. BTW, list every real java programmer here and I can bet you I'm likely more advanced than them.

Well I've never seen anything he had done, so was I supposed to know any better? If SuF and Jimmy say it then it must be true. However, posting links to stuff you've done might be a little helpful.

If I asked you to write a program to monitor contributions from a certain user on Wikipedia, would you be able to do that? (Note: Wikipedia lists the contributions of every user at /Special:Contributions/username so it's all listed there)

 

Hi super_, glad to see you're coding for free man ! Sorry Darthatron, but I'd have to agree, he is undoubtedly one of the best coders, if not the best, on this site.

super_: Like, it would check a certain users' contribs, mine, for example. Each time a new edit is made, it will log the date and time of the contribution, as well as record the diff and edit summary for the edit into a text file.

You don't need to make it run in the background; I can add it to Scheduled Tasks.

Well, judging from the 90 members, I doubt you have a JSP team contributing.

I specialize in distributed programming, typically web based cloud. some things I am good at: sharding databases, 100+ concurrent db transactions per second, I have written db optimizer algorithms etc. I also own 7 servers that act as a web hosting platform.

I'll help you out with certain things if you need it.

@ Swan, sorry I'm tired I don't really understand your post. If I read it right, you're saying something like people don't think I know any java. On the contrary, I know quite a bit of java.

What I'm saying is you sound like a prick, and you outlined in your original post that your skills "aren't that great," as I've shown with that quote. I'm telling you to stop being so up yourself.
