i didnt really give a clear answer did i?

if 2 people were enetering the machines at the same time but travelling to diferent time periods that would create 2 new dimensions, imagine if time machines were invented, imagine the scale that this would happen on, there would literally be billions of diferent dimensions yes. clear enough yeah, is it huh?!?!?!!

 

That only answers one portion of my question.

 

Well, as the universe is always expanding (apparently) it WOULD be possible for it to support multi-billions of dimensions, however if the universe ever stops expanding then there could be a problem as ig as the universe imploding, i'm sure no one wants that so please be careful with your time machines people!

Also a dimension falls under a surpassed time period on the universes timeline that can not be revisited my natural means.
