The planets have alligned before and nothing happened, we're going to be fine trust me.

 

Hic even if the planets did align nothing will happen in 2000 the planets aligned here is a picture
for seven days nothing happened at all.

 

All of the "supposed" evidence is either 1 of 2 things. 1) Nothing is actually going to happen. Or 2) The government is withholding all of the information from the public in fear of mass riots and world-wide panic.
I guess we'll never know until the day actually comes.

 

Thats not accurate, not all of the planets are aligned and they wouldn't be aligned for seven days since they each have different orbital patterns (Route, Speed, etc).


EDIT: To the guy above me, the government isn't hiding anything about 2012 it would of been leaked by now every single government can't keep quiet.

 

Yeah, but how do you know the things that have been leaked isn't the "evidence" you already know about? I'm just saying, if it's that easy to leak it, then it's probably not that great of evidence. Just look at the conspiracy theories already in motion for this, and every other event worthy of having a conspiracy tied to it.

 

Because, if it were leaked it would be much more clearer. Besides the African, Saudi Arabian, Russian, etc governments can only be trusted to a certain extent.

 

There was a recent bible based study on it (Yes i realize not everyone will believe this and I respect your beliefs too) and based off of the jewish calendar dates circulating events from the time of moses and comparing them to the second coming of jesus before the rapture and tribulation (end of time). Based off of these dates and other scriptures in the bible the predicted september 29 2013. Yes random-ass day no idea if it holds any validity at all, but i still believe the end is coming within the next 10 years. With world powers coming neck to neck and with the economic crisis in my opinion i dont think the world can stay stable for too much longer especially with the power and technology of militaries today.

This is an opinion of mine, No im not trying to shove my beliefs down youre throat.

The Mayan calendar actually is only about 30 seconds off from ours. We share basically the same thing.

2008 - it had about a .0000001% chance of it actually making a black hole.
2000 - There was no evidence, just a year.

the mayans WERE skilled astronomers but not half as skilled as we are now if something was coming it should easily be seen by todays astronomers... once again check the facts of the ad its a '2012' the movie endorsement.

 

I think its just the mayans ritual or something. Some religions and/or nationalities think something big will happen because of there ancestors.

 

i most definite do not believe this, although i believe the world will end one day, i do not believe any1 can pin point the exact day.

 

The world will most likely slowly be burned to crisp as the sun expands, it won't happen overnight.

 

The world will most probably die out in the following 10 years.

It could be in 2012, but I doubt it's the specified date, etc.
