Buying Prepaid Mastercard / Visa

I need to verify my paypal. I can't very well do that unless i get one because i can't use my parents card. So if you could please post it here. I will give 3 membership pins for a prepaid card with atleast 5$ on it. 3 PINS!

 

Prepaid mastercard / visa doesn't work, but I tried this like 2 years ago, could be differen't but i doubt it.

 

Prepaid doesn't work unfortunatley, Add your bank account onto it? Doesn't have to be creditcard :/

I have a $100 one? It's black. Vanilla Mastercard Prepaid Giftcard to be exact.

I bought it beacuse i thought i would need it to buy something off of ebay but I dont.
