Not to accuse you or anything. But the account seems like its been phished, only reason I'm saying this is cause how many microsoft points it has on it, specially with a credit card attached. It just seems kind of fishy.

I warn anyone out there, xbox accounts with credit card's can be LOCKED or BANNED, specially if the owner of the account calls microsoft, and you won't be able to use the account.. So buy with caution when you are buying this.

Im pretty sure he could always cancel the credit card leaving the buyer with 1/2 year to play.

And just curious, how does the microsoft points on it determine if its phished or not? Its not like you can buy the microsoft points with the credit card that the account is linked to, thats filtered out.

Oranges, Microsoft doesn't forget if an account has debt, even if you remove the credit card from the profile.

Also it's not very often people will purchase $100 worth of microsoft points and then sell their account for (more than likely) less than what they paid. That's why it seems a tiny bit like it's phished lawl. Not accusing this guy though.

Also you cannot remove a credit card that is in use on a account unless you call microsoft, even then it will take 7-8 days to fully remove

May i add you must provide them your info of the card to verify it is yours?

You pay before you play. :D

So the year has already been paid and whoever buys it (if someone does) will have about 1/2 to play, no debt.

Yes it's been paid but if it's phished they can call their bank and get their money back = Microsoft locks your account.

Not only that but selling phished accounts is heavily frowned upon (maybe even against the rules here? Duno about that) and I know for fact selling accounts with credit cards on them is against the rules.

Its is account with his mothers credit card, he can remove it.

And the credit card is on a renewal plan with a year already paid on it so you wouldn't need to call microsoft and it wouldn't take 7-8 days to remove it.

Sorry for double post i didn't see Ronalds post.

SAY it was phished and the year was already payed for. That would have shown up on one of the months bills therefore they would know that their credit card has been stolen. Why would they call back now, AFTER its been sold. Doesnt make sense. And Microsoft wouldnt lock your account just because someone SAID their credit card was stolen. Insurance claims much?

And you dont know that this account is phished so no reason to say "selling phished accounts is heavily frowned upon (maybe even against the rules here?"
And like i already said, he can just take the credit card off with no problems. He was just trying to be nice and give the buyer an extra year, but you kids keep on trying to find ways that its phised

Oranges, I'm not gonna keep posting this because it's starting to just become spam so I'll try to be as clear as I possibly can in this last post.

Okay, maybe the original owner bought the year of live. Whatever. Forget it, it doesn't matter. But tell me, would you go out and pay about $130 for Microsoft points when you're about to sell your account and quit Xbox? The answer is, you most likely would not.

Would you let someone else use your credit card and TRUST them to only spend $20? The answer: you most likely would not.

If you honestly can't see that it's phished, you should probably go play in traffic.

He's going into the military but doesn't have his own credit card? Dude, you must be his friend or something because you refuse to accept the fact this account is phished.

Either way whether or not it is I have reported this post because he's not allowed to sell accounts with credit cards on them, against the rules.

Now I also find it funny how you completely ignored my comment about whether or not you'd trust someone with your credit card information and only expect them to spend $20. Doesn't matter if it is his mom's (supposedly), I don't think you'd run around handing out your mommy's credit card info either.

Case closed already oranges, get over it.

It's obviously a phished account, and selling phished accounts is against the rules.
