I know I'm new to the site, All i am doing here is trying to get a party hat. I have the RSGP needed for the trade, and I am also offering to pay via paypal (price can be discussed!)

I know I am new and don't have any "vouches" so ofcourse I will go first or use a middle man, whichever makes you feel safer.
