Damn Living's Guide: How to stay disciplined to work out

This is a guide on how to stay disciplined to work out. When i say working out, this could be used for: Pushups, Situps, jumping jacks, etc. It's an easy and fun way to get or stay in shape.
    What you need:

    Three dice
    Willpower
    Time

    Instructions:
Okay this is how it works.
    1. Roll the dice every hour on the hour
    2. Add up the totals on each dice
    3. Now you do as many pushups/situps/etc as the total of the three dice
    .

It's that simple. It's a lot easier then forcing yourself to do large sets. It's a lot easier because you only have to do between 3 and 18 of whatever set your doing! And if you do that at least 5 times a day, that could be up to 90+ pushups but all broken up! That makes it a lot easier. This method has been proven. At the begining of the 2008-09 school year I could only do 22 pushups. Now i can do 77 pushups or more without stopping. It's fast method of building upper body strength in a small period of time. So just follow this guide, and you should be able to increase you strength in no time.

    Any suggestions/comments would be appreciated.

Not to hate on this or anything, but muscle gain is done via breaking down the muscle tissue first. If you do this, your muscles wouldn't be breaking down(tearing) as fast as they could be.

TBH a better method would be to start the first week with 5 sets of 5 (or however many pushups you can do 5 sets of), and every so many days try and increase the number of pushups you're doing.

Also, for muscle gain to kick in, your muscles need to repair themselves. There for it's handy that you take a day of rest in between doing exercises.
