is it possible to make level 3 firecapes?

i remember rendi and xzact making level 3 firecape accounts, is the method still possible?
how much would one of these acounts be worth now

 

that's if the account is not banned haha, he has a lot of drama going on with jagex atm..

It is no longer possible. They made it so level 3s can no longer get fire capes. Read about it here: Fire cape | Old School RuneScape Wiki | Fandom

such a shame eh- sometimes these updates are just putting down the great RS players and technical players.

 

I would say it is not possible due to Jagex nerfing. But i dont think it will be long until a new item/method is discovered.
