Best Way To Record Runescape?

Well, i have tried several.. Fraps actually works, but it lags. Hypercam is brilliant, but crashes when i click stop recording.

Camtasia is crap, it lags insanely much.

What am i doing wrong?

Btw, im playing on highest detail, 1920x1200, not full screen.

Appreciate all advice! Also, if you got a suggestion on what software to edit with, that have alot of different effects, id appreciate if you would tell me about it ^^

I got registered version of: Fraps, Camtasia, Hypercam, Snagit.

And Camtasia is the one that lags the most, then comes Snagit, then comes Fraps, and Hypercam doesnt lag at all.

But i press F2 to record, record like 1 minute worth of pking or something, and click F2 again, it pops up with something like "Hypercam had to close" and i click "ok" and it closes. It doesnt look like a hypercam Error, but an Windows error.

 

Are you using the unregistered version of hypercam?

 

Hypercam should work , if its crashing i suggest re downloading it and try it.

 

What do you mean it crashes, like just stops working or white screens or what? on my old computer i couldn't use hyper cam properly because when i clicked record it chopped up the graphics, so if its something similar to that it could be to do with your graphics card.

 

for hypercam, make sure you have like all the latest codecs...

 

Fraps, try get a registered version.

 

Fraps or Hypercam, if its crashing redownload/install

 

Hypercam gives me the best results;
If it continues to crash try running it in a lower detail or change your hotkeys.

I just can't believe it should be my computer..?

I got an AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-core Processor 2.5Ghz, 4gb ram, and an 512MB Ati 4800 HD Graphics card?

 

Camtasia lags and crashes when i record and lose my recording.

Hypercam is crappy quality,

fraps only records half of the recording for me.

I want to take HD screen recordings. anyone have any ideas?

Don;t think its my comp either, i have a 4870 x2, and AMD phenom x4

use hypercam where is quality put in there 100%-150% and it will be perfect if u get laggs get a new pc btw search at youtube for serial key for hypercam full version.

 

Camtasia works fine your computer is just shit.
Play at a lower resolution maybe your computer can manage that.

I don't know, but id suggest you use hypercam 2. That's what i used to make my vids best, it owns even harded if u have full version of it
