Damn Living's Guide: How to throw a four seem fastball

Hello, this is a guide on how to throw a four-seem fastball pitch in baseball. This is a pitch that every pitcher needs to throw to become a successfull pitcher.
What you need:
A baseball

Someone to catch or a brick wall
Patience

Instructions:


1. First grab the baseball with your pitching hand.
2. Next, put your index and middle finger on the seems where the seems make a U shape on the left of your index finger. See the picture for reference. Thus you are covering four seems making it a four-seem fastball.
3. Now hold the ball in your mitt but keeping your fingers on the seems. This is so the batter can't see what pitch your throwing.
4. Step out with your left foot or right if your left handed.
5. Now turn your right, or left foot, towards the outside thus moving your body with it.
6. Bring up your front leg. This will give you momentum
7. Bring your throwing arm out behind you.
8. Release your leg forward bring the ball across your body.
9. Release the ball towards your designated target.
10. Watch the strike come too play.

This is one of the most basic pitches in baseball, but also one of the most effictive. If you throw it right, it should tail towards the end.
