I've got two people who are tracing his Phone number, home address, and full name. Once I've got that, I'm reporting all of it to the Online identity Theft and Fraud Center, and sending all of his information to 30 Different Hacking sites.

No point, as everyone who rings them always fails to get there Account information back, the E-mail address was changed associated to the Account, so i don't think there is a way of getting it back.
