Read the stickies. Chat logs are not proof, and screenshots must contain the MSN address header and scrollbar.

Further, I see nothing to indicate that Wicked Town's Sythe account is hacked; the IP of his last post matches his registration IP. We can do nothing about hacked emails, apart from hold him accountable for any scams committed on it.
