Paypal Gift No Longer SAFE

I talked to paypal today regarding a a hold on my funds. I sold a guide to [email protected] and he claimed someone stole his account. So I decided to give paypal a call. They said that by law they are required to give the money back to the buyer if he claims someone stole his account.

I then asked Paypal why is it the only safe way to sell online is to get your buyers to File a claim and cancel? Paypal then Banned my account saying it is illegal to tell your buyers to file and cancel a claim.

Paypal is getting way out of hand. They are giving in more and more to the scammers.

Does anyone know any other programs like paypal? I am sick and tired of dealing with these idiots.

 

I think Xoom is alright. There was never a definite way to stop chargeback, anyway, you know.

 

well... they can easily chargeback if they pay with A CC funded paypal , i think that may have happend to you , i've had ppl claim $5 on me and paypal banned my acc for it . because the guy used a CC .

 

Get more info on the person you're trading with other than their email address >.>. Then just take them to court. Even if it's $5, sue them for the court fees.

PayPal has NEVER been safe because of this.

I remember quite a while ago someone organized a bunch of trades to go down on the same date and then made all the trades and declared the credit card stolen and got all their money back.

I've never trusted PayPal since that. I've never really seen black market trading to be all that safe, unless of course you're the one that could be in a scamming position.

 

I registered. So with Liberty Reserve there is no way for the buyer to file a charge back?

 

Is Western Union any good?

I Made a money bookers account but it seems alot like paypal. Is money bookers safe in terms of charge backs?

Western Union Scares alot of people. Its considered unsafe for buyers.

i just found out the when using western union, you can sue the person recieving the money.. i just heard from the news(local) that someone was sued. he played rf online, philippines top online game and was selling for like 100,000 pesos for like $$1,100 USD. the person buying just called the police then filed a complain about the person, the seller was sentence to 3-6months in jail. thats why im using western union to sell my account.
