Buying : Getting limited off PayPal. Will pay 50$.

I have a PayPal account with 120$ wich is limited , want to get it off. Anyway i want to get it unlimited, you are going first unless you got 70+vouches ( i got 50+ myself ).

Once the PayPal is not limited again , i will transfer 70$ off it and send the other 50$ to you. If you added a CC & Bank account i will remove them once the money is gone on behalf of the person request.

1. You're not buying a tangible good.
2. It's impossible to get it "unlimited" unless you do what is asked.
3. You're probably under 18 so you can't do what they ask.
4. If you wait 180 days you can take it out from the account and into a bank account.
5. Who the fuck would add their bank and CC to your account? They can't even if they wanted to. PayPal only lets it work if it's attached to an account with the same last name last I checked.

2. Well i don't know too much about PayPal so you can't blame me there either.
3. Infact i am 18. I can prove it to anyone with a passport if needed. P.S I have a CC myself and my own personal PayPal THAT IS CC FUNDED AND VERIFIED.
4. Here is a problem , Bank accounts are only allowed in the US ( So far i think i read it right ) and i'm from Estonia , so that narrows it ALOT.
5. Well how the FUCK do you think im looking for people who know how to lift the limit? I don't care how you do it , just get it done and he gets 50$ , i don't see nothing wrong with that.

And please , next time ask about my age and everything , not jump to conclusions and start a small flame ( Since 2 facts there i consider a flame against me ). No offence or anything , but that Guru and Vouches count does not give you privelage for those conclusions and the small flame.

This has happened to me a lot, if it tells you to go to your resolution center and complete steps (such as confirm bank, confirm address, confirm trades, etc..) then there might be a way, but it will probably have to be real info as they will only do it if the info match. However if it doesn't have any steps and you got an email saying your account is high risk and they aren't able to have you as a customer (happened to me before), then the only way is to wait 180 and if you put real info when you made your paypal account then you can withdraw your remaining balance.

That doesn't change the fact that this thread isn't allowed. There is no section for this at the moment, but that doesn't give you the right to spam the real life items section. Why did you register a US PayPal if you don't live in the US? That by itself violates the PayPal policy let alone allowing someone to get on your account and attempting to get the limit off with fake documents, which is fraud.

Im going to say this once since i recall saying it. I GOT IT AS A PAYMENT FROM A HIGHLY TRUSTED PERSON FOR DOING HIM A FIRE CAPE SERVICE , JEEZZZZ. Now i really don't care about PayPal Policy , those bastards freeze accounts for no reason whatsoever anyway , besides we are in a BLACK MARKET. Now i'm not the one spamming , you are .. There is no category to put it in so this was somehow my only option since i think one of the way to lift the limits must have something to do with RL stuff.

This is the Real Life Items section, for tangible items.
The Runescape section is for Runescape-related sales.
The WoW market is for WoW-related sales.
Other games, this isn't a game. It's PayPal.

This thread belongs in no section, so how about not post it? That makes sense. Go find another forums that has a PayPal section, or an "Other Services" section, etc.

1. Thread in a wrong spot and lack of knowledge for these things.
2. Defending myself from a Direct flame attack.

For the #1 and #3 , if you read my previous posts , you should know that i live in a country that rarely works with PayPal except Direct CC not to mention my main language not being english , so getting any help or knowledge is very limited. So if i am right , you call me a morron for not understand things correct ( even tho i HAVE UNDERSTOOD ) and IF that is IF i think the same way you might be thinking ( hope not )that you are judging my lack of knowledge for these things because of the country i live in and there by calling me a morron.
