Is it possible to create a runescape account on a proxy ip

Hey, does anybody know if its possible to create a rs account on a proxy ip, i tried vpn/proxy but its not allowing me to enter the registrering area. I have also tried tor, tor browser allows me to create the account but when i run a proxy or a vpn it kicks me out of the game and i have to unlock the account on the website so when i try unlock the account on tor browser it wont allow me again. Maybe a residential proxy would allow me to enter the registrering area but i have no idea if residential proxys are available.
Reason why i want to create accs on a proxy ip is to avoid getting my ip adress flagged for future bans

You could offer to pay someone you know to set up the port forwarding on their end to allow you to use them as a proxy, but beyond that there is no residential proxies. Almost all game company's will ban data center IPs, jagex included.

Any account you create on a public proxy or popular vpn provider is extremely likely to be flagged/banned due to other people using them for bot farms. There is no avoiding that anymore.
You want to make an account without your home IP? Use your phone without wifi, phone IPs are related to which tower your signal is coming from.
