Selling good account. 99 summon+range. 30mil bank

I've never sold or bought an account like most trusted people on here probably have. But I am just in need of some cash and thought hey why not sell my stupid runescape account that i've wasted to much of my life on?

It has 99 summoning, 99 range (3 other interesting 99s but talk to me on aol or msm for em.) 30milish bank. all stats are 70+ and 125+combat. oh and over 280 quest points ;P

I think paypal is the safest way to do trades like this? so i am willing to do that. Unless you want to send me cash by mail.. that would be great but i dont know how i could assure you that i won't scam you. I just know that if i got a few hundred dollars in the mail i would have enough of a conscience to hand the account over
