    Trust a Leecher?

Honestly... why not? Mods and Trusted members were leechers once, who's to say that leecher you trusted isn't going to be the next mod or OMM here?

Yeh, or what if they have had experience somewhere else. Plus everyone was a leecher once.

    Trust a Leecher?

Lol, I am a leecher, and have been trusted (they went first) and havent ripped any of them...

But i can understand why not to trust them... its easy to make a new account and rip someone.

    Trust a Leecher?

I've only done one trade, as a leecher, went first and it was fine.

It's what you think when you're trading someone.
Some of the most legit people on sythe might just be a leechers.
People need to come to their senses and think what they think about the person their trading with. if they trust them, then go ahead.

    Trust a Leecher?

Some leechers are legit, some aren't, I honestly wouldn't go first with a leecher, I would only let them go first or they get an omm.

    Trust a Leecher?

I started as a leecher , got attacked ( competetive in the BM section ) , got flamed , got said pictures are fake etc. Now look where i am , one of the most trusted fire capers on Sythe.

Usually trusting a leecher is hard. Do everything you can to see if he doesn't have anything bad in his record ( Google his Email , let a Mod check his IP or w/e ) , if he doesn't then see if acts legit or now and if he will do anything to get you to do business or doesn't.

    Trust a Leecher?

I used to come here to sell some membership pins. it was a flat rate of $3.00 per pin and i had about 3 pins scammed off me and then someone game me a patched rwt idea for another pin so i decided to sell most of my pin to aje for about $1.5 each.

My point? Some people don't think leechers are members of this community and abuse them, i think most leechers are just looking to sell/buy a product on sythe, like everybody else here..

    Trust leechers? On occasions, yes.
I won't go first but I may trust them, only if they haven't joined today and are selling a lvl 3 with a phat set. If they have been around on sythe for a while ill trust, but if they join today no way will i go first.

imo, i believe as a leecher u need to respect the fact that ppl wont trust you at all, that is why u need to take the risk and go first with trades until u gain enough rep. I dont have a problem dealing with leechers but the stereotypical leecher u see now a days are not the brightest of the bunch

I seem to find more leechers genuine about their trading than active members.

    Trust a Leecher?

Your instincts. You start talking to a person, and by reading what he writes, you can learn his style, and you can also find out whether he's just trying to act normal to get you into something you do not want to or if he/she is someone who is trying to make a successful trades here on sythe. The best way to tell if a leecher is legit is by talking to them. Imo I would never trade someone who has compeltely 0 grammar or who uses these coolboy slang talk, because I don't feel any trust towards those kind of people.

The other thing I'd like to mention is:
I agree with Unb4nned. When I'm looking for trades I look for people who I've heard of, or whose thread has massive amounts of posts e.g. in a pin shop, knowing he/she has already done many trades.

    And the 3. thing is:
    Post count? Join date?
So if I joined in 2007, never logged in for 2 years, then 2 months ago, I started wishing all the account sellers good luck and giving free bumps, will that make me more trustable then I am now? I don't think so. If you consider trust as post count, you are an idiot tbh. And also if you do such, you would have to look through the costumer's posts, whether he makes smart, thoughtful, meaningful posts, or is just trying to raise his / her postcount.

I totally agree with this, we have to remember, we were all leechers at one point in time.

I would Never Give anything Or trust a leecher With anything First, its just the way things go, they would have to get vouches and rep before they would be trusted.

Leechers can always be legit people but then again there are heaps of high-postcount people who'll scam you for a dollar... so you never know.

You should always give someone a chance. If they prove to be suspicious and give off a scamming aura, then just dont trade with them. You have to remember that we all started out as leechers.
