COVID DAYS
8:30 - wake up, make coffee and breakfast for me & the GF, get some ass, shower

09:00 - start work (remote, atm)

18:00 - finish work

19:00 - home workout or go for a run

20:30 - work on my side hustle + dinner

22:30 - read

23:30 - plan next day's goals, write in journal

23:45 - get some ass

00:30 - sleep

NORMAL DAYS
8:00 - wake up, make coffee and breakfast for me & the GF, get some ass, shower

08:30 - travel to work

09:00 - start work

18:00 - finish work, 2 days a week i'll meet with friends/go for drinks with colleagues

20:00 - arrive home, have a bath or shower, watch a Netflix show

20:30 - work on my side hustle + dinner

22:30 - read

23:30 - plan next days goals, write in journal

23:45 - get some ass

00:30 - sleep

 

1. Wake up
2. Stay in bed for 30 minutes
3. Get up and put on some clothes
4. Turn on my pc
5. Go to my kitchen and find something that I can eat, and don't have to cook.
6. Sit down at my pc and spend the next 12-16 hours sitting at it.
7. Brush my teeth, then hop into bed and go to sleep.

REPEAT

 

Wake up at 6am, Shower brush teeth etc then hit the Gym, Shower again and then go to work at 8am until 6pm usually then go home and game. This schedule of Gym etc has been interrupted thanks to covid but I invested in home gym equipment that seems to be doing the job.

 

wake up 8 am go back to sleep till 1 pm go back to sleep till 5 pm . get food after i wake up . watch netflix or amazon videos till 11 pm or 1 am . play warzone till 5-7 am and go sleep.

9 am wake up eat lunc 12 pm = spicy chicken sandwich play call of duty till 8 pm after lunch 8 eat dinner = sushi till 9 pm 9 pm till 1 an = call of duty , sleep @ 1 am

 

monday-friday wake up 6.30am leave to work. get to home at 3pm, nap, eat , shower play some games or chat shit and sleep. repeat. weekend with friends/family or drunk.

 

@Bryan Is that a Monday-Friday schedule?

I'm so jealous. Being organized and having a schedule is really tough for me.

 

I do have a boring routine.. sleep,work, sleep.. the dream would be, sleep,sand casino,sleep.xD

 

What I'm aiming for atm:

9am - Wake up, do stuff, chill out
noon - Cook food, take meds, chill out until my stomach settles
early afternoon - Stream for 2-6h or 30-45 mins of cardio. Relax afterwards.
5-6pm - Bathe, cook food, do anything that still needs to be done.
11pm - Spend some time with gf
midnight - Sleep

I don't always stick to it and sometimes the hours shift a bit, but its a rough outline of how I try to structure my day. Currently not streaming or doing cardio while I lose weight (my ankle joints are hella weak), but the rest still applies.

 

My routine is.. alarm set for 4.50 attempt to go to the gym, get back, an get to work for 7 home by half 3. have a smoke ( only have a little bit left, then attempting to pack it in. Oh and i'm asleep by 10pm lol, Oh and i live of chicken lol

 

i really like making coffee and drinking it! That's my daily thing to do

order 1-3 times a day too

 

That's my plan which is always the plus-minus same. Didn't want to write an essay about it so it's a shorter version of my daily life. I have a plan for everything, I know what I will be eating in 2 weeks for dinner today. At the same time, I struggle if stuff does not go by the plan.

Work Days ( Mon - Fri )

4:45 wake up

5:00 shower etc

6:00 breakfast

7:00 leave to work ( leaving early as I like to stop grab fresh bread in the morning and have coffee at work before turning on PC )

8:00 start work

16:30 finish work

17:00 Gym ( every other day. If no gym substituted with cooking nice meal/smoking weed/chill in the garden or by pc)

19:30 - 20:00 Dinner

21:30 - 22:00 Sleep

Weekend ( Sat - Sun )

5:00 to 8:00 wake up/ sometimes I am up at 5, sometimes at 8 depends when went to bed)

8:00 shower etc

10:00 Weekly food shop ( Sun)

11:00 - 14:00 Cleaning flat and standard chores

14:00 - 00:00 Smoking weed/chilling/pc/tv speaking with parents and do what I like
