Back when the transition to v3 I believe happened, Robotz allowed any of the previous owners to have somewhere around 150 hours or so for free on their bot. This was basically a one time offer, and if you weren't around to get it, you won't get the hours. I asked him recently, because I was in a similar situation and wanted to know if I would be allotted the hours, but he no longer has the list of people who originally bought the bought and therefore can't give you the credit hours. You'll have to purchase them from his site and the bot is available to download following said purchase.

Hope any of that information helps.

I'm not entirely sure, but I do have the working bot as well. He still told me he wouldn't be able to give me hours. If he does let you, please let me know so I can do the same ;)

After RID added the hour system. 200Hours were credited to everyone who registred on the RID site and sent email to RID about that they are old users.
