    usfine not living up to it's word.

    I ordered 30-70 WoW Powerleveling.

    Estimated time was 6 days. I realized he wasn't going to finish on time yesterday, it is supposed to be done tomorrow and the character is 49.


    Helen, a live chat operator, talked to me and told me I should contact Tom, the boss because I have another character in the guild and the Gamer has been on for a couple hours the past few days.

    Everytime I go back to live chat they say come back in 7-8 hours, he isn't here.

    I realize you can only play 12 hours a day before having a GM come talk to you, but if the gamer is playing 3-4 hours, then it's a bit ridiculous.

    Ouch would not be happy at all thats not very impressive either, very bad serivce an very bad support.

    But you can't honestly say it's only USfine that has issues with time quotes, and living up to them. Every gold site has that, and they probably always will. If they had told you 3 weeks, you probably wouldn't have bought it.

    That's untrue. I've ordered from wowgold-usa.com many times and they've never had problems.

    You just need to realize that a partnership and a merger are two completely seperate things. Sythe and UsFine are simply partners. One has no affect on another's business ethic/skills, etc.

    I surely hope things work out for you but you need to understand things DO back up and things can't be spot on 100 percent of the time.

    Dear customer,

    I apologize, we are in need of hiring more gamers, but currently, some orders do get delayed because of it.

    A gamer must watch 4 computers at once, and there is only so many gamers, since hundreds of orders come in everyday.

    That last sentence doesn't make sense, you expect them to farm 4 accounts at once? That would be very hard considering that, the only way you would do that imo is by autoing and watching them auto.

    None of our gamers auto. Most orders get delayed because they MUST do 4 orders at once, it's a really hard thing to do.

    So don't have them do 4 and hire more gamers. Also, I got a question. I bought 3m from USfine. The order shoudl've taken 1 day as expected but delayed to 7 days. Then the next day, I got banned for macroing. Can you explain whY? I asked for a refund but I said forget I don't want to deal with you guys.

    USfine are having problems
    I've had issues with delays aswel from them..
